Temperature Sensitive Scrubber - up&up™

This is the worst sponge! I washed with it once and it stayed soft and began breaking apart. I payed the money for a scrub daddy.

Love this sponge! Just as good as scrub Daddy and cheaper.

LOVE this this double-sided scrubber sponge! In cold water it's firmer, giving the scrubbing power needed to remove baked-on eggs, cheese, sauce, etc. In warm water, it is more gentle - perfect for my special (and expensive) Le Creuset enameled cookware!

fell apart after a few uses.

Just got this scrub and I am very pleased. Scours my skillets and stove very well and has been at least as good as the name brand. Will buy again.

This completely disintegrated after a week of use. It’s the same price as scrub mommy and far less quality. Scrub mommy/daddy lasts forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sponge worked so well! It’s stiffer with cold water and softer with hot water. It’s good for heavy duty scrubbing, but can also be used for some light cleaning. Some reviews said it started crumbling shortly after using it, however that hasn’t happened for us. It’s been working great and has been holding up well. It’s easy to hold and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very versatile dish scrubber. It doesn’t scratch pans yet it is strong enough to scrap off the really stuck on food! It can absorb like a sponge but doesn’t wear out like a sponge. Good engineering behind these. I use it multiple times a day everyday. I can’t go back to regular dish scrubbers anymore.

I used it in cold mode first and it did stay very firm. Because it is so much more textured than other scrubbers on the market, I found it very effective at quickly getting stubborn food off of dishes. It squishes down easily when used with warm water as well.

I wanted to love this because I use quite a few up and up products but this one is a complete disappointment! Completely fell apart after about 3 days use. Would not purchase again. Spend the extra money on the scrub daddy.

It does the job just like I wanted and stayed hard when cold and softened up with used with warm water. It cleans my dishes so well and doesn’t get gross. It’s honestly just like the smile scrubber but not as cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a scrubber sponge that looked different from our other sponges to be used for a specific purpose so I tried this one as the temperature sensitive feature peaked my interest. First tried with cold water and as it noted it did keep its stiff form for scrubbing dried up bits in a bowl. Then switched to warm water and added soap and it got nice and sudsy and finished the job well and got clean. Once it dries up then it’s ready to be used in cold mode again. Not sure if this was on purpose but the arrow hole in the middle works perfect for scrubbing and cleaning utensils. This was a great choice for what I needed it for.

This off‑brand “Scrub Daddy” was giving Scrub Baby Daddy from the moment I opened the package. Thirty cents cheaper and built like it was made during someone’s smoke break. First use? It acted motivated. Second use? It started crumbling like it had a secret family. Third use? It completely disappeared on me — no warning, no explanation, just fell apart and left me with the mess. It showed up once, did the bare minimum, and then collapsed under pressure like, “Yeahhh I’m not really built for all that responsibility.” This wasn’t a cleaning tool. This was a part‑time sponge with full‑time excuses. Save your 30 cents. This thing is the Scrub Baby Daddy of household products!!!! 👎 looks promising at first, then ghosts the moment you need it to actually do something.

Great idea but it doesn’t become firm again with cold water. Did no one test this product before it went on shelves?
