A: Hi Giselle, The train set will work with or without the remote. Please ensure you have four C batteries and one 9VOLT battery. Not included.

Broken, Used, and doesn't work--Target should be ashamed
I was shocked Target would actually send something like this as not only does the item NOT work but clearly the shape of the item packaging showcases the item has been used and not taken care of. Spending over $150 on a Christmas gift for my kids, I absolutely expect a NEW item that actually works and isn’t beat to death like this train set clearly has been. I also would think Disney would be very upset to have their items in this shape sent to consumers by Target. Just an overall bad look and I’m very very upset & annoyed by this!

Not worth the money! Not a magical christmas
How is this worth $150. We ordered it and my 3 yr old extremely excited put all brand new batteries in and nothing! No music and won’t move. So disappointed.

The perfect Christmas train
I bought this train set when it went on sale after Christmas and I am so excited to use it around my tree this year! The quality could be better, but it was worth it anyway. It’s such a cute Disney train that all Disney lovers are sure to love.

Terrible Quality
It worked but it was so cheap and flimsy and it seems liken it was made with the absolute cheapest plastic possible. It is definitely not worth anywhere close to $150. We returned it as soon as we could.

Comes with no instructions, no tools, can’t get the battery compartment open, remote comes with batteries and isn’t working. It’s Christmas morning and my 4 year olds main gift is a piece of junk.

Cheap. Skip it.
Absolutely not worth the money. Thin plastic, VERY hard to keep on the track and the engine makes an awful noise when it falls off. The silver pieces are hot glued so they fall off easily.

Okay but the track pieces need major improvement.
This train is cute but the remote sensor is very touchy and the train half the time doesn't turn on- I've exchanged and this one still has the same issue and the train doesn't stay into the track well for a $150 set. But as a Disney fan I'll still keep it. The train itself is loud and the music is hard to hear
