Our train stopped working about 6 months after we purchased the item, and Vtech can’t replace it since it’s outside of the 3 month warranty. I wish we bought a train set where we were guaranteed a replacement should something happen to it. Now it can’t be used and is a waste of money!

Trash when train stops functioning
The train stopped working contacted v tech but they were no help unless it was the time frame of return. I guess the whole set is trash now since they don’t have any trains for sale.

Waste of money …. Train engine stopped working after hardly playing 10 times …. Although track and train is colorful and was really good when it was working. But it doesn’t last long even when played gently. Don’t recommend. Complete waste of money

Broke quickly
Loved this train set for the first 4 months we had it. After that the train broke and I called vtech and they said there was nothing they could do. They do not have any replacement parts and now I am stuck with a train set that doesn’t work. Very disappointing.

Don't buy!!!
Fun for the baby but a deep pocket for parents. Brand new batteries dont even last a whole 1 hour. It loos like the batteries chosen to move it dont have enough potency for the load. Dont buy it. It's a battery drainer. Bad design.

Great first train for toddlers
We got this train for my 2 year old for Christmas and he has played with it every single day since! It’s pretty easy to put together, it comes with a guide showing several different layouts of the track so you can switch it up. The battery life is actually pretty good, we will leave it running for long periods of time and have changed the batteries maybe 2 times since getting it. It has cute sayings and different modes to play with. Overall super happy with the purchase!
