I noticed this rug as a 'bad' review and I'm here to say I super love it! I've had it for at least three years and it is a show stopper. It's a square so it is a great size to make an entry way very stunning. It has held up with four cats and a husky. It never had any smell - and it is just a true Disney nut piece. I adore it.

The rug is cool. Why the 3 star review? When I opened it, I thought it was dirty. Like Really dirty. If you compare it with the picture from this site, it is the way it is supposed to look. The sepia, which happens to be the same color as dirt, is a confusing effect at first look. If you step away, you will see that you are looking at a Steamboat Willy era Mickey and Mini Mouse. I took off 2 stars because of the confusion. The smell of rug is strong, but if you air it out for about 15 minutes, it goes away. I love it. Took a few minutes to see it the right way though. How many people are going to freak out when they open this?

I have a mixed review. I was a little skeptical on purchasing the rug because the previous reviews said it had a horrible odor and it was dirty. Neither of those were the case with my rug. The issue I have is the rug looks like the black ink seeped into the lighter parts of the rug and it looks dirty but it’s not? Not sure if I’m going to keep it. I don’t know if it supposed to look like that but to me it looks off.

As stated above. Cute rug, but it arrived absolutely filthy and smelled of dead fish and vinegar. Which because of quarantine and no returns, Target won't let me return it at the moment. So disappointed and frustrated. What am I suppose to do with a rug that smells and is dirty for the next several months until I can return it?

Loved the rug, so cute, but delivery was very long and when the item came it was dirty, literally clumps of dirt smeared across the rug and smelled of vinegar! If it had arrived clean and not smelly, would definitely have kept. As it was immediately returned for refund.
