Characters voices wouldve been better
The idea of the audio and books was great but it would’ve been better if the characters voices read out the book instead of a random person. The voice doesn’t really grab my daughter’s attention to be interested.

Not audio book
Although the age says 3+, I bought this for my 27 month old daughter who is obsessed with Minnie Mouse. She can find the matching book & pages, but the voice of the narrator does not keep her engaged. It sounds just like another noisy toy, instead of an audio book. There are sounds too, not just words. I’ll have her try to read it again, otherwise, it’s going back. My daughter loves reading so it surprised me that she’s not engaged in this book at all.

This MeReader had been previously opened and used by someone else. The batteries were dead, with the tab having already been pulled, and the screw to change them was stripped so that I couldn't even remove the cover. Will be returning this for a new one. Hopefully that one works.

Cool reading system.
This a great reading system. My little 3 year old granddaughter has several other e-readers and loves them - she brings them out every time I'm over and we have to read - nice stories and lots of fun to interact with her.

Super Idea
This is the fifth Me Reader we have purchased. They are all terrific!!! We read them with our 3 year old and she uses them alone. When we need quiet time they are a great tool. She reads them so much she has memorized many of the books. She has been using them since she was 2yrs7mos.

Daughter LOVES it!
My daughter received this for a 3rd birthday gift and loves it! After a few minutes showing her how to work it she was off and went through every story! It's perfect for car rides as children can easily connect the pictures in the book to those on the tablet to have each story read to them. I can't wait to get her another set! Also great for beginning literacy skills!
