It’s a perfect size to store our blueberries & strawberries, it has a strainer/drain that can be used to wash them in and/or when storing I placed a paper towel between the strainer/drain & the container to soak up any extra moister. It’s a perfect size for a pint or 2 of berries & fits nicely in the fridge. It’s easy to take apart and wash.

Just to echo everyone else who learned this the hard way, DO NOT put this in the dishwasher. Mine is fully unusable. I’ve never had anything melt in the 6 years I’ve had this dishwasher (including several pieces of plastic cutlery that my stepmom absentmindedly threw in there when she was visiting once). The packaging for this needs to have “hand wash only” emblazoned all over it. I wouldn’t have minded hand washing if I’d realized, and only threw it in because I had room to and needed to run it. Now the container pieces are so warped that I can’t use it and can’t return it so I’m surely not buying another one.

I was so excited about this bin, put it in the dishwasher and it came out completely warped. Every piece of it. It's clearly crapy plastic, as any other item I have ever put in my dishwasher has never had this happen to it. I even put it on the top rack.
