Q: What is the width between each slot? Is it wide enough to store cake pans vertically?

A: The width between each slot is 1.5”. This item is for lids so unfortunately the width is not wide enough for a cake pan. Thank you for reaching out.

I really love it now! I’ve been using it awhile for my lids, but my lids were always still a mess because I was putting them in wrong this whole time. I just saw another review I hadn’t seen before who put the handle in the slot and I realized I was doing it all wrong. They fit perfectly now and I can grab one out without pulling others with it and they aren’t tipping over everywhere! I see others use it my old way too so I don’t feel as dumb. I hope this helps someone else. Mine is actually room essentials, but they changed to brightroom.

I’m using this to store my pot/pan lids. It’s sturdy and the spacing is just right. My only complaint (and it probably wouldn’t stop me from buying it again if needed) is that while it’s heavy, it still slides around on my shelf when I pull a lid out.
