Scratchy fabric and Way too big

From the photo, I expected this blouse to feel like a cotton blend - like breezy and kind of soft. Instead, this was a rough fabric. Also I ordered my typical size of 2x and it was HUGE. It looked like a nightgown more than a top. It was too wide and much too long. Anyway, I have started the return process.
