Unlike drugs, supplements are subtle. I am an elder and I take DMG to support my immune system, bolster my baseline choline and to assist in the positive balance of my overall health care.

Expiration date is 4/2019 and it is only 7/2017. I am storing them in a cupboard but I open up the bottle and what a mess. The desiccant packs, two, are still in there.

I have been reading about DMG and decided to give it a try. I take this in the morning with my B vitamins and in the evening with my evening supplements and I have been feeling more energetic. I have also been losing weight and I believe this has a part in it. I will continue to use this.

The positive effects of taking DMG were apparent within a day or so. Taking it daily now as part of my regular supplement routine.

Dimethylglycine has been such a great help to me. Definitely does what is purported. I use it every day. Only thing I mark down is rice flour filler.

Swanson has the best prices and services! I've been using DMG for quite a while. It's been difficult to find in health food stores, but Swanson always has it and they ship promptly. NOW Foods DMG is excellent, and a very reasonable purchase price.

I bought this product because it was recommended to help metabolize other supplements I take. I haven't noticed any difference, but I assume it's doing it's job. I'll give it an A.

I have been using DMG for many years and have found it gives me an additional supply of energy..How it works I do not know but it does the job.,.

This is the only brand of DMG I've tried, but I've experienced a noticeable increase in my energy level, mental focus, and endurance/strength while exercising. It is the only non-stimulant supplement (e.g., caffeine, ephedra, etc.) that I've experienced this with, and DMG seems to work better with a more natural energy boost. I had been experiencing quite a bit of fatigue in my legs from my sprint/elliptical workout combined with repetitive stair climbing at work each day. It was pure drudgery climbing the stairs by the end of the week. By the second day of taking DMG it was literally a breeze, with only a slight muscle burn after reaching the top flight. I've been taking between 3 to 5 capsules per day. I'm truly amazed at the results I've experienced so far! I highly recommend it...especially for such a cheap price!
