Third party item wasn't delivered resulted in zero customer satisfaction. I reached Target customer service rep by phone and she gave a lot of information... but it wasn't accurate. I am out the $25 spent because I can't reach the vendor with the "Fix The Issue" button within my order. Caution to shoppers: be wary of ordering from third-party vendor as retailer has no recourse.

CANNOT BE REDEEMED - PIN DOES NOT WORK. Called Target Customer Service, transferred me to Gift Card Department, was told I will be re-issued the gift card via email. Received the new email, the link goes back to the exact same original pin that did not work in the first place. Called Target Customer service AGAIN, got transferred to Gift Card Department AGAIN, only to be told they can't help and I need to call Door Dash directly. Not helpful and a ridiculous waste of time. DO NOT BUY.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. The gift card was sent to me in less than 30 minutes. When I click the link to redeem the gift card, it takes you to a blank page. Target will not attempt to troubleshoot the issue and they won’t give you a refund. They give you the run around. I feel like this is a scam.

Ive ordered the $50 digital Door Dash gift cards a couple times now, and they’re great! I receive the gift card usually within 10-15 minutes. It will be an email from Target. It’s super easy to copy the gift card redemption code from the Target website into my Door Dash account to use. I’m sure there’s an expiration date to use the credits within Door Dash, but I always use it right away within a day or week. Definitely recommend this!

Although their website will tell you "does not expire" the truth is that once you redeem the card once, the balance converts to credits and those expire in 6 months. So BUYER BEWARE ... this DOES actually expire and your recipient can lose the value of the card. Even though it's illegal for gift cards to expire, DoorDash has evidently created this loophole workaround to take your money.

I have ordered from Door Dash in the past, and purchased this card from a Target Store thinking that it could be added to my Door Dash account. It DOES NOT say it on the card, but it requires "validation" only through TEXT MESSAGING, and if you do not have/ do not want a cell phone, there is NO WAY to get the gift card amount loaded into your Door Dash account. I spoke with multiple customer service reps. who inisisted there was nothing that could be done to bypass the validation only via text message. I was very annoyed as I would have never have purchased the card if I knew it could only be used in this manner. I've ordered plenty of times wihtout a gift card from a computer without any issue. I passed the card on to a friend who "texts" and hope they will have better luck with it.
