Do not buy this prepaid Visa card. I’m out $106 of my hard-earned money, and I’m absolutely livid. The card doesn’t work, and when I called the customer service number on the website, all I got was apologies with zero solutions. No refund, no resolution — just a runaround. This is a scam, plain and simple. Avoid it at all costs.

The card does NOT work! I tried adding it to mobile wallet/ using it online and it keeps declining and tells me to contact the bank. I did and they said to wait 2 hours and even after that it still declines!!

Chose email delivery and it said it was sent at 7:58 on 7/7 still no email. Tried to contact Target Support and they just told me it wasn't eligible for returns. I wasn't asking to return, I haven't received it 😞 They also couldn't give me a contact of someone from the company who could help me track it or verify the email was sent.

Card took 6 days to get there to palm springs California used the palm springs California store and when my son tried to use it at the store it came up fraud! Called on the back of the card phone number and there sending out a new card that will take another 7 to 10 days! So disappointed

Daughter got this card as a gift on her birthday (important to the story). Tried using it towards a purchase of her laptop, card decline - we called the support line on the back of the card AND the number target support in these reviews are posting. As the gift receiver WITHOUT a receipt, the support agent said there is nothing he can do. We do not know who gave this specific card because she got several. What a waste - do NOOOOOT purchase this card. I'll tell others and will never again buy one from this company ( InComm Financial Services )

I bought this as a graduation gift to my niece. And she called and contacted the back of the card no answer it said go to my balance.com and it says access denied. Then I call target on blue diamond and told the electronics guy my problem and he told me that he'll transfer me to gifts I don't know if they can do anything for you. Then I waited and the line went busy. So don't buy this it's a scam and I down the drain 106 dollars thanks target. I want my money back.

It is very much a scam. The same issue happened to me. The card was active and went to use latter in the day and it was declined. I had to call and they claim it was compromised. They had to issue a refund check minus the $6 process fee and take 30 days. Really good scam, $6 made each time.

I ordered the $100 gift card early for my grandson's 10th birthday on his birthday April 3rd the card was declined at the Target register my daughter covered it and we called they said a new card would arrive in 10 days.... don't have it yet

As soon as you open it, all the numbers are whited out or scratched off so it is unusable. I tried swiping the magnetic strip and it was declined. My guess someone stole the numbers and scratched them off, then when it was activated they were able to use the money. I just called the number in the back but if someone stole the numbers and used it i dont think there is much that can be done. I am out $106 :( if i can give it zero stars I would...

Listen to the reviews and don't buy this. It gets declined everywhere and it says you can connect it to Google Pay but it doesn't work. I spent 2 hours talking to 3 different agents, 2 of which were rude and condescending and was still unable to get it connected to Google Pay. I felt like the agents kept making up information to just get me off the line. I'm genuinely so upset and feel like I was just scammed out of $106 and 2 hours of my life.

I would give zero stars if I could. What is the point of having a card if it declines everywhere you try to use it? I can’t use it in store because it won’t load to my Apple wallet and it declines everywhere. I try to use it online When I called, they were absolutely no help and just said your card is ready to be used. Clearly it’s not because I cannot use it anywhere even at major retailers where it shouldn’t be a problem. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD! IT’S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
