Overcooked?
I LOVE dots. I have been eating all the flavors for years. My favorite snack. But recently, the last bags I have bought, about every other pretzel is super hard and almost inedible. I assumed it was just one bag but after multiple bags having it seems too much of a coincidence

Great flavor, however....
I love the flavor and have been eating them a long time now. However, this time around about half of the pretzels seem to be overdone. They are so hard it feels as if I am chewing on a rock. I have loved them but may not longer buy them because I dont want to break my teeth to eat pretzels.

I bought these with hugh hopes since the original Dots pretzels are amazing. The honey mustard flavor is lackluster and a little bland. I was expecting that sharp mustard taste (like snyders bits), but it fell flat.

Redemption is Sweet, and a Little Tangy
I was thoroughly disappointed by the southwestern dots, but decided to give honey mustard a try. These pretzels are amazing! The honey mustard makes them a little sweet, and a little tangy, and absolutely addictive. Disappointed in new recipe
I’ve been enjoying Dots for years. I originally thought something was wrong with a bag I bought. The two bags after that, taste the same way. It’s missing salt and it’s not as seasoned as it used to be. Bring back the original recipe please!
