I wouldn’t typically write a deodorant review but it’s essential that I contribute to lowering this rating. I went by the overall rating rather than reading individual reviews and man, was that a poor choice. This stuff does not work. Like, almost zero effectiveness. You can’t smell it when it’s on you, and you’ll smell like you didn’t put deodorant on (though the stick itself smells decent). It’s awful. Save yourself the money and the odor and choose something else!

If you want to go through the motions of putting on deodorant without any effective actions, then this product is for you. Threw it away. Like wearing nothing at all but added a faint cucumber-y smell to my sweat. Nope.

This smells good, but the protection it offers is really lacking. It does go on clear and does not leave residue on my clothes. I feel like I have to reapply pretty often without any real activity. This would be a good option for someone who does not sweat much.

I bought this after smelling it in store and thought it had a nice scent. But I have worn it 4 times and honest to goodness, all I smell is roach spray. It's not so strong as to make your eyes water, but it's constant (a staple of Dove, a scent that lasts). I'm going to return it.

I have used Dove deodorant product for over 10 years and love it, I accidently bought this new 0% and I feel that it is useless!! I am sweating and can tell body odor and feel like this is worthless! I will be going back to what I have used in the past which is the advance care.

I wanted to try an aluminum-free deodorant, but this stuff is awful. It left me with red, painful, irritated patches under my arm, and I've never had worse BO. I actually never thought I'd myself as a 'stinky' person until I tried this.

Effective but irritating

I began using this product as a healthier alternative and it was working amazing for me throughout the work day and hot summer days. It does feel sticky when on but this is worth it for the effectiveness. After a few days I started to notice red bumps and now a week in my armpits are both covered in red bumps and I therefore I can no longer use this product which is disappointing as it worked very well.

I just wanted to tell you guys this deodorant does not last 48 hrs at all! I think you guys should at least be truthful. I’ve had it on since 7am and now its 6pm and it all wore off. Strange to say, the one WITH aluminum works better than then safe deodorant; which is aluminum free.

Please Dove bring the previous formula back!!! I’ve used this deodorant for years. Love the clean scent and it worked well into the following day. The new formula smells different, almost like cologne, and doesn’t last as long. Totally bummed.

This is not an antiperspirant. I bought it by mistake thinking it was the antiperspirant deodorant that I have been using. It leaves you feeling sticking and sweaty.

I bought this one by mistake thinking it was the original powder one. It’s sticky and leaves you feeling sticky. It also gave me chemical burns and my sister had bought the same one and gave her worse burns that lasted her for 2 weeks.

I used this for about a month and a half before it started to give me chemical burns. I liked the clean scent, it kept me fresh for a lot longer than other deodorants out there, but in the end it’s totally not worth it bc it’s compromising my skin barrier.

This deodorant goes on so smooth and smells great! I’m not one that gets super sweaty, however, it does a great job of keeping me from having any kind of body odor. This specific scent is not slimy at all like some of the other scents and I love that it’s aluminum free!

This deoderant works just as good as any aluminum deoderant I've tried. The scent is a little bit strong for my liking, but it smells nice. I only give it 4 stars because it seems to be running out pretty quickly, but it's fairly cheap so I don't mind.
