Unlike ordinary bar soap, the Dove Beauty Bar is made with 1/4 moisturizing cream to deeply nourish skin and help prevent dryness. This cleansing bar is uniquely created with 1/4 moisturizing cream and a plant-based cleanser for skin care that maintains pH balance and the natural skin barrier. This gentle skin cleanser is multi-purpose: gently washing away dirt and oil while moisturizing and nourishing the skin. To use this Sensitive Beauty Bar, wet your hands and gently lather the Beauty Bar between them, then apply the lather to your face or body before rinsing thoroughly with water. Broke me out in rashes and flared up eczema
Been using dove for years and now something is wrong. This brand has been great for eczema and now it’s clear something has changed. This is the second different kind of dove that’s supposed to be safe to use, instead it flared up eczema and left me with rashes. Even the charcoal soap isn’t the same. I use to use that all the time. Now it’s smelling like men’s perfume. My entire neck and chest is broken in rashes and eczema

Why would you change something that was perfect?
I don’t know what possessed Dove to reformulate this soap. It was perfectly gentle and perfectly unscented. Now it REAKS TO HIGH HEAVENS. I got a blast of a vile smell the second I started unwrapping the plastic film and was so confused as it had never have a scent before. Showering with this bar soap was extremely unenjoyable. It smells dirty, moldy and rancid all at the same time. I don’t feel clean at all and worry that I smell like this product. I cannot believe Dove put this out on shelves. I will never purchase it again until they fix this issue.

Smells Horrible, Like Petroleum
