Irritating to lady bits
I've been using dove bars and body wash for years and have never had a problem with it causing me irritation down below, but for some reason this body wash caused me to feel like I had a UTI after using it. I tried it again weeks later to see if it was just a fluke but the same thing happened again. The scent is great but it is very very strongly scented so I suspect that to be the reason. For that reason I wouldn't recommend any of these new scents of the liquid body wash.

Should not put damaged item in store pick up bag
I usually have good experience with store pick up. But not this time. The bottle leaked, but still put in my bag. The staff suggested me to return and purchase again since there are better bottle on the shelf when I was in the store. But I didn’t get full refund because of the coupon and the coupon cannot be applied to the same item I had to repurchase at the store. It is not fair because of staff’s mistake that costs me more money and time to deal with the situation.
