Loved rhe formula but the scent is awful
I loved the formula but the fragrance was awful and ridiculously strong. I washed my hair days later with a different shampoo and still smelled the dove fragrance. I’d love a fragrance free option with the same formula because it did make my hair feel so healthy.

AWFUL!!! I tried this shampoo because my hair is usually dry so I thought this would help. HECK NO!!! This shampoo ruined my hair. The once soft hair turned into the most coarse nasty hair ever. Not even to mention the god awful smell this shampoo and conditioner have. It smells like a hospital mixed with cologne and wrapped up into a cute bottle so it sells better. DO NOT BUY THIS if you have soft hair. Use something else ANYTHING ELSE

Overpowering fragrance that made me sick
This product made me feel very sick after just one use. The fragrance is so overpowering that it instantly caused nausea. I even washed my hair a second time that night to try and get the smell out, but I still went to bed feeling nauseous and woke up feeling sick again. I’ve now washed my hair 5 times in the past 24 hours just trying to get some relief, and the smell still won’t come out. After reading other reviews, I see I’m not alone — many people have experienced strong headaches and nausea from this shampoo and conditioner. I honestly think Dove should discontinue this product because it’s making people sick.

Not For People Who Are Sensitive To Fragrance!
Loved how soft this made my hair feel, but unfortunately the scent was overwhelming for me and caused a headache that lasted all day. Even after trying to wash it out, the fragrance lingered and took three separate washes over several days to fully fade. I am very sensitive to scents, so this review is mainly a heads-up for others who might be the same.

I wanted to love it, I really did. My hair felt amazing after using it and I used it for a few months straight but recently, my hair started excessively shedding. Nothing else has changed but this set. So. Sad.

Amazing shampoo and conditioner
I could tell the first wash this was going to be great. I have hair that gets super tangly and this completely melted my tangles. I was able to comb my fingers through my wet hair with little resistance, and I usually have a rat’s nest I have to carefully pick through with a wide tooth comb. And considering I found it on sale for like $3.50 a bottle…this is definitely going to be what I use most washes.

It would be great if it didnt cause me to lose half my hair density
I loved it which is why I’m sad. I love how strong fragranced it was. I felt like my hair smelled good for days. After using it I noticed my hair falling out super bad. So I stopped using it to make sure it was this shampoo and conditioner. My hair stopped shedding. I gave it one more chance because I love how shiny it makes my hair and everytime I ran my fingers through my hair I was loosing 5-7 hairs every single time I ran my fingers through it.
