Q: I can’t figure out how to open mine/activate the pump. I tried to twist the top so that the pump spring opens like on lotion or soap but it’s not working.

This formula needs some work. It lathers well but the scent is very faint and does not last. My skin doesn’t feel as clean or moisturized after use. Why do products for melanated people always have to cost more for a smaller bottle?

I bought this wash at target because it caught my eye. I didn’t really pay attention to the name but the ingredients were what I was looking for. I am not a melanin rich skin type but the body wash is amazing. I have sensitive skin and get heat rash. I went on vacation to Mexico and came back with heat rash everywhere. I used this product for two days after returning and not only did it make my skin soft but it helped soothe my skin. I thoroughly enjoy the scent. I will definitely be purchasing it again.
