If you have allergies, you probably want to not use this product. They put in too much of the scents and should have just stuck with the odor blocker. My wife could not sleep with the product in our sheets and I woke up stuffy and uncomfortable. She had stuffiness and a headache until we re-washed them. It is not easily removed taking extra rinses to remove it from our bedding.
