Dr. Bronner's Shave Soap - Lavender - 7 fl oz

I am obsessed with Dr. Bronner’s Organic Shaving Soap, specifically the Lavender variety. I have extremely sensitive skin and am prone to razor burn. This shaving soap thoroughly calms and nourishes my skin while providing a super close shave. I have not had any razor burn since switching to this product. I highly recommend!!!

I think I like the product; however, soooo much product is wasted because the hole on the cap is too big and the product comes pouring out not matter how slow I go. The product has a thin and runny consistency, which is fine, but the packaging needs a smaller hole. I will not be purchasing again, unless the packaging is changed. It’s very annoying, in a non-rude way. Please change the packaging!!

Amazing soap!! I use it as body wash as well but leaves my legs smooth as butter after shaving!

Rated high on Yuka, it’s not a foam or oil. It almost feels like a scrub texture but is very soft and great for shaving. Doesn’t last long bc it’s runny but good price for good ingredients

Love this stuff! I don’t get the little red bumps on my legs like with other shaving lotion or gels. Very smooth shave.

Husband recently tried this shaving cream and is a big fan.

Used as a shave soap, it was great. Read on your website it can be used head to toe as a cleanser. Haven’t tried it on my hair. However, it lathers very nicely and is so gentle and moisturizing. It can be a little watery and brown water can squirt out a bit. However, it doesn’t hurt anything and doesn’t bother me. I find more earth friendly things can be a little more difficult in little ways like that. However, it is worth working with them a little for the benefits. I find shaking it well before you use it helps with the brown, squirty business.

A little bit goes a long way with a bowl and a brush. Very little is needed to get an enormous amount of foam. The aroma is very refreshing. Provides a close clean shave. Great product, it takes a little practice to pour the correct amount out of the tube.

Many other products give me a rash, but I switched to this and never had another issue.

I wanted to give this a 5, but because of the smell, I can’t. I had hoped this would have smelled like the bar soap, but it doesn’t. I get this VERY distinct smell of “beef” every time I use it.. I am assuming that’s the Shikakai Powder in it? Not sure…but it over powers the Lavender scent. On a Good note, I can say it is very moisturizing and works great for shower gel and shampoo! I can see/feel moisturizing, but I find it hard to use regularly because of the beef smell ;-( I have the same issue with the Lavender Sugar soap too. I probably will through this out if I can’t return it. I definitely prefer the Lavender Bar soap the best.

I love this product!! I only gave it a 4 because it really needs to be in a pump not a squeeze. I lose product every time I open the cap and that can be frustrating. That issue aside (I did transfer mine into a pump bottle) I love the smell and it works wonderfully. Will be ordering again.

This is my first time using any other Dr. Bronner's products, and I was not disappointed. It works great as a shave lotion and made my legs nice and smooth. As other reviews stated, it is verrryyy runny, so you have to be careful when uaing it or you may end up with a bunch of it all over the bathtub or floor. Despite this one thing, I am happy with my purchase and will continue to use this product.

Not buying this again until they change the packaging.

I usually use the Peppermint bar soap, however the Lavender sugar scrub is refreshing. Plus I like that there is no soapy residue on my skin when I’m done. I can’t wait to try the other fragrances.

I love this to shave with. I wish the bottle were a pump (hence - 1 star). Since this is the same consistency as the sugar soap, it quickly pours out when opening the lid or standing upright. If improvements were made, it would be 10/10
