Q: How long does it last/how often does it need to be replaced?

A: GREAT QUESTION! Fill litter box with 4" of litter and remove waste daily. Fill back to the 4" mark as needed. The litter is long lasting and only needs refilled as needed. Please contact our customer service line at 877-311-2287 with any further questions. We’re happy to help!

Q: Is this compostable / flushable?

A: Hello, thank you for your question! The litter is not flushable or compostable. It is a naturally occurring clay that does not cause any long-term environmental damage, it still needs to be disposed of in the trash.

Q: When you say this product is “100% Natural”, could you please define “Natural” in as much detail as possible? Also, does this product have third party certification as to it being “Natural”? Thanks!

A: Hello, thank you for your question! Our Ultra+ Litter is 100% natural, meaning we do not add any manmade ingredients or chemicals. Ultra+ does include a proprietary, naturally occurring ingredient that enhances the odor control. We do not currently have any third-party certifications that we’re able to share that confirm it’s natural. We can tell you it is 100% natural clumping clay with a proprietary, safe and naturally occurring (unaltered) additive that enhances the litter’s ability to reduce odors.
