Good probiotic that helps with chronic constipation. Room temperature storage a plus (although I keep them in the frig in the summer). Causes a little gas, but not as much as other brands.

You have to get through the initial GI disruption, but this is a great probiotic. It's unusual as a probiotic, but you will know if you need it by taking it, lol.

Dr. Ohhira's probiotic in my opinion are great way to keep our microbiome healthy because it has probiotics and prebiotics in the formula which helps to feed the good bacteria in our gut, which fight against the bad bacteria and kill it.

I have been using these probiotics for a few years now. They are the best I have ever taken. I have tried cheaper brands, but was very unsatified with all of them. You will be glad you bought the Dr. Ohhira's brand.

I bought this for my husband who gets his food through a g-tube. The box said they were capsules, which is what would work for him. When I opened the box, they were soft gels, which would not work in his g-tube. I sent them back the next day.

Dr Ohhira's probiotic works perfectly for me. I have tried and tried many multiple different brands and none work as well as Dr. Ohhira's original formula. What kept me from trying Dr. Ohhira's in the past is how expensive they are. But it is so true in this case that you get what you pay for. Just try it! You won't be sorry.

The # on the bottles of bacteria you are ingesting don't mean anything. It is the fact that they are LIVE. This product has worked WONDERS for me and beats the other products that claim they are giving you billions and billions of good bacteria. I review based on results and this product out of all of the probiotics out there WORKS! LOVE IT & LOVE THE PRICE It isn't extremely cheaper than the stores but anything helps.
