Your shoe’s current insoles are probably removable – TAKE THEM OUT FIRST.
STEP 2
Place insole into shoe to test for size.
STEP 3
If needed, trim along the outline (on top of the insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
STEP 4
Insert insole into shoe GEL SIDE DOWN.
Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear

They have different density in certain areas to give the proper balance between support and comfort. I don't think it gets any better than this. As a nice touch, there are lines that show you were to cut them to fit your size shoes.

For my running shoes I like the inserts with more arch support but these are great if you’re just standing in your feet all day.

They are easy to trim and have relatively accurate marks for shoe sizes 8-13, with 14 being the size out of the box untrimmed.

I’m on my feet all day and used to get sore fast, but with these I actually make it through the day without my feet yelling at me. Way better than the flat insoles most shoes come with. Total game changer if you walk or stand a lot. It’s not expensive.

They are easy to cut to fit to your size of shoe and easy to slip into the shoe as well. Because they do add some thickness to the insole, they make the show quite tight and would likely fit better adding them to a shoe size up a half size from what you usually wear. I recently wore them all day at Disney World and they saved my feet after walking around so much. Highly recommend for anyone who walks a lot or stands for extended periods of time.
