Dr. Scholl’s® Plantar Fasciitis Pain Patches with Hydrogel Technology provide clinically tested 12-hour daily relief from pain caused by plantar fasciitis using maximum strength lidocaine without a prescription, plus cooling menthol. These hydrogel-flexible pain patches contour to your foot for comfortable wear and relief. Have other foot pain? These pain patches will also provide relief from heel & arch pain, ball of foot pain, and foot pain due to arthritis. Why It Works: Lidocaine used topically provides a local anesthetic effect that blocks pain signals created by the pain receptors. Menthol is a counter irritant that has been shown to work through a cooling effect to desensitize the pain receptors and in doing so reduce pain perception and provide pain relief.
How To Use:
STEP 1 Clean and dry affected area.
STEP 2 Remove backing from patch by firmly grasping both ends and gently pulling until backing separates in middle.
STEP 3 Carefully remove smaller portion of backing from patch and apply exposed portion of patch to affected area.
STEP 4 Once exposed portion of patch of patch is positioned, carefully remove remaining backing completely to apply patch to affected area.
STEP 5 Once applied, press firmly and rub on all sides and center of patch to help adhesive adhere to skin.
STEP 6 Do not remove patch and reapply, this will result in the patch not sticking. SEE PACKAGE INSERT FOR COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS

Felt no relief! None, zip, zilch!
I felt no relief at all from using these pain patches. I followed the directions and after 3 days without any results, I gave up. I felt no cooling or warming sensations. Back to OTC pain meds to reduce the left foot pain that has plagued me for weeks. Very disappointed in this product.

Horrible product, does not stay on the foot at all, says twelve hour, I think they meant twelve minute, then they fall off, they are garbage, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Morning Relief
I like these because I sleep with them on and don’t wake up with my plantar fasciitis flaring up. Over time of using them, I found that it helped ease the symptoms and pain overall.

So handy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For some time now I had some pain on my left foot heel and towards the middle of it. Sometimes I wouldn't be able to put my foot down. I would massage it with a tennis ball for some comfort. And these came in handy. It gave me the comfortness and relaxation that my foot needed. The hydrogel wasn't bothering at all. It felt nice, a cushiony feel. I was afraid that if I were to wear it all day, all the rubbiness would make it not stick, but it actually did hold. Will definitely purchase and reccomend

Good little pain patch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had plantar fasciitis for many years. The worst of flares are now controlled by never going barefoot. But sometimes if I do a lot of activities it will also start hurting. I use these patches when I do long walks, or anything thing might cause a flare up. The patches stay on my skin well, and numb the area pretty quickly. I don’t think I feel much of the menthol in my foot though. I like the convenience of having individual packs so I can take one or two when I travel. I also tried this patch on my Achilles were I have pain too and it did help there also!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these from Influenster in exchange of my honest review. I am pretty active and use an elliptical almost daily. I was having issues with the arches of my feet cramping pretty significantly. I even bought a pair of Hoka shoes which provided extra arches support, but still feeling the cramps and pain. After using these in my Hokas....these have alleviated the pain I was experiencing! The adhesive works great and was able to move around without them slipping around or causing creases that would bother my feet. They provide extra support and feel amazing. I feel as though I'm able to have a better workout as well as the ability to use my elliptical longer! I'm so thankful I was able to try these and will definitely continue to purchase these in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked these patches and would definitely recommend and probably buy again. I get pain in the balls of my feet and my heels just out of the blue so I decided to give these a try thanks to Influenster. There are eight individually packaged patches. They come in a thick foil-like plastic pack so I feel like they would last a good bit without drying out if you didn't need to use them immediately. I expected the scent to be pretty strong; anything menthol is strong. But they were not overpowering and I don't think they are strong enough for anyone to question who's wearing the menthol. They stretch so I can easily place at the ball of my foot and down the arch nicely covering the heel part that hurts. I feel like they could be trimmed to fit the specific areas you needed but this one strip worked just fine for what I wanted. I have not put socks or shoes on and have not really walked with it in so I can't speak on that. I feel like the adhesive would allow it to stick for walking but I'm not sure on the arch part since it moves so much. It does have a cooling effect and I haven't noticed as many pings in my foot since wearing it. It's been about 2.5 hours so far and my feet pretty constantly have some kind of ache so I am pleased with the results.

Extremely comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent was slightly strong for my liking. I found it was easy to put on and it stayed on for a good amount (7hours) of time for the amount of walking I do. It was easy to put on and comfortable to wear.

Not good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Dr. Sholls’s plantar fasciitis patches and honestly don’t know if they work or not because the two times I put them on my clean foot within minutes the patch fell off. I followed the directions carefully so I’m not sure why it fell off. In fact I put one on before bed and it ended up in my sheets. Not happy with this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This foot pain patch is very effective for my husband, he works in a restaurant standing for a long time, for his feet, the wear and tear is very big, often off work, said his feet hurt, after using this pain patch, he feels much better, but need to pay attention to is if your feet sweating is very serious, then I guess it will not be tightly affixed.

Grate for relief on your feet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like using his his grave for my heels when I am walking and doing it I didn’t really small sent but it is very comfortable that he says does get socks with your Hillsdale if you want to have a stuck to the bottom of your feet all day you should do that but if you want on the bottom of your actual Hills, I would not recommend it, but it is very effective. I like the packaging as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've dealt with foot pain for years. I have tried a magnitude of different products and this one by far is the best yet. It stayed on with minimal walking, for over 12 hours, including when I was asleep. I had forgotten completely about it with how comfortable it was on my foot. It was easy to apply with easy to follow directions. Totally recommend this to anyone dealing with any sort of arthritis foot pain or plantar fascitis issues.
