Dr. Scholl’s® Active Series All-Purpose Sport & Fitness Comfort Insoles are designed for people who participate in a range of athletic activities where they experience muscle fatigue in their feet and legs.
Why it Works:
During most athletic activities, the feet and legs are subject to a range of different physical motions and shock, and without the right support this can lead to muscle fatigue.
Dr. Scholl’s® Athletic Series Sport Insoles use Massaging Gel® Advanced technology to cushion feet, absorb shock and support the arch of the foot for increased motion control and stability.
How to Use:
1) Your shoe’s current insoles may be removeable, if they are take them out FIRST.
2) Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes.
3) Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
Recommend replacing insoles every six (6) months or at first sign of wear.

A: The Dr. Scholl’s Athletic Series Sport Massaging Gel Advanced Insoles can be used in Soccer Cleats. It has been tested in sports that demand performance and support under conditions of running, cutting and stop and go movement. However, for best fit and performance, it is suggested that the existing insole in the soccer cleats be removed before placing DRS AS Sport Advanced in the cleats.

I purchased these insoles for moderate, padded arch support. I've purchased 2 pairs from different outlets over the past few months. Both pairs (all 4 individual insoles) all have an odd, unadvertised, uncomfortable padded lump running down the center from approximately mid-arch to just behind the ball of my foot (I wear size 10 shoes). The lump feels like it might be intended to provide cushioned arch support, or metatarsal relief (like a metatarsal pad) -- but, instead (for me) just adds an uncomfortable lump under my feet, while providing no added arch support. I noticed this lump in the first pair after a couple of months of wear, and just tried another pair and noticed the lumps immediately.

I like the old material. This new material is more soft and gel like material. The old one was alot firmer and rubbery so the arch support helped my pantar fascitis but this new material didn't supprt me at all.
One was already cut down

Not reflective of the product itself, but one of the insoles was already cut when I opened the box. Luckily, it seems close enough to my shoe size, but I may have to buy another if it doesn't sit right in the shoe.

I've been using the Sport Insoles for many years for playing tennis. I usually wear a +.5 size shoes because it's tough to find a good wide sized clay tennis shoes. These insoles worked very well and provides superb support for my flat-is feet. Had to switch to the Work Insoles when I tried the Sport version on my new tennis shoes that I bought in my exact feet size. Unfortunately, the plastic support at the bottom of the Sport Insoles were too much for my new shoes and caused me some pain at the side of my feet. The Work Insoles did the job as it still provided enough support without the plastic at the bottom. But overall, the Sport Insoles work very well when I used them in my previous shoes with a +.5 sizing. I would love to try the Performance Insoles one day, but the cost is a little too high right now.

I have used these inserts for years in my shoes and they keep my wide, flat feet comfortable for my entire 12 hour shift. As a nurse I am on my feet most of the day. When I leave I may be tired, but my feet don't hurt!

These are the only things that alleviate the non-stop neuropathy pain across the bottom/front of both feet. With these in place I’m able to play 90 minutes of tennis. I’m grateful for this fine product!
