This product is also good for that issue and I feel safe using it knowing it is also safe for all of the area down there. There is less worry when using the product and there has been times it's helped soothe the perineum because of irritation from friction or other reasons. All in all I think this is a great product for most women to have. It might be most effective for women seeking treatment after a natural birth but there are many other uses outside that application.
