Seriously!?
This is the worst issue I’ve ever had with Target. I ordered three games. Fresh two came no issues and the last one came, which is the one I needed as a gift for someone and I received the wrong game. No big deal that happens. They told me to keep that game and just send me the other one so they did so it shows up wrong game again. In fact, it was the same game. I got last time that was wrong. So I call again. He told me to keep that game which I could care less about and they refunded me my money and told me to re-order the game. The first person I talk to said I’ll give you $15 off also since it was our fault. While the phone hung up so I called back got somebody else they weren’t willing to honor the $15. Also, I didn’t have enough money to re-order the game as I would need to wait for the refund money to hit my bank account which could take five days. So obviously gonna be really late for a birthday present. Horrible horrible service. at this point with all the craziness I’ve had to go through. They should’ve probably just gave me the game for free shipped it out and tried to keep a happy customer. I spent a lot of money at target not just online but in the store, my whole family does. but that was really disappointing. And I still don’t have the game and no present to give to my nephew.
