Missing a key piece.......footrests
Quality of the wheelchair is great, but it came with no swing away footrests and I was very disappointed. I really needed it for surgery and without them the chair is useless. When packing products up to be delivered, make sure everything is the box! That’s the only reason for the 3 stars.

Great price, nice quality and has extended leg supports if needed. Arrived in great shape. No damage during shipping. Gel cushion accessory a must! Comes fully assembled except for leg attachments which are easy to attach ! Great purchase . Hope it holds up for our upcoming vacation

Great wheelchair
Have bought three of these wheelchairs for different family members. Very happy with all of them. The seat and back did not start to sag like others we have had. The sides that are able to be moved are great for getting close to the table. The arm rest didn't last long for us but we do throw them in the trunk daily so that is probably our fault.

Horrible design
I bought this wheelchair for my husband and it has been a disappointment since the day it arrive. One leg does NOT extend to the same length as the other. It is HARD to find the levers to make adjustments. In other words iot is frustrating as all get out to try to make the adjustments necessary to use it with confidence.

Comfortable and Reliable
I have been in and out of wheelchairs for the last seven years. I keep one at work for when I need to start using it that day. This chair is my choice since it is the most comfortable chair I own and has been the most reliable to date. Services are easily performed with two adjustable wrenches. After five years, the seat back has finally started to wear out.

Poorly constructed wheelchair
I bought the 20 inch blue streak. I don't normally need it but had bought for a trip to Hawaii so it stayed in its box for over a month. Three days into our seven day trip the left front tire bent. So now I will not be enjoying the rest of our vacation.

I have ALS. It is light and easy to use. It is not fancy but is fine for us right now.
