Not Providing any instructions fo assembly was a set back, however not providing any clips or velcro strips to keep the basket from falling off the walker is the biddest drawback. I solved that problem with adhesive tape, which looks kind of hokey, but works. All in all a poorly thought out product with no back-up or support.
