Works!
Works great. Applied to 3ft tall brick chimney above roof line. No leaks after many rain storms. Only 3- stars because the run-off when applying has stained my shingles. I thought I read somewhere that it should not stain.

Great sealer, but how do I clean my windows?
I recently sealed a wall with drylok siloxane-7 sealant. The wall is well sealed and has survived a large thunderstorm with no leaking. I do have an issue though: when i sprayed the sealant a small amount ended up on my windows. I've tried removing the siloxane spots from my windows with a microfiber towels soaked in either water, natural window cleaner, or isopropanol, in that order. I've managed to remove maybe 80 percent of the siloxane spots, but the remaining spots are persistent. Can drylok recommend a good window cleaner to remove siloxane 7? Maybe goo gone or mineral spirits?

We understand your frustration with the remaining spots on your windows. For more stubborn Siloxane-7 residue, we recommend using a non-abrasive cleaner like Goo Gone or a gentle solvent such as mineral spirits, but please test a small area first to ensure there’s no damage to the glass. Additionally, a razor blade or glass scraper (used carefully) may help remove the remaining spots without harming the surface. We appreciate your input and hope this solution helps! Excellent Sealer
I bought this to seal some bricks on my house. It's easy to apply, dries in minutes and does not need a second coat. Great product! Works as advertised!

Fantastic product - breathable yet repels water
Put this on our brick front of house 5 years ago and it water still beads up when we wash the house and in rain. Great stuff! Just did some re-tuckpointing and am sealing it up with Siloxane 7.

So easy to apply and is invisible!
We applied the DRYLOK Siloxane 7 sealer to the stone on our outdoor fireplace and it was SO EASY! You simply just spray it on with an ordinary garden sprayer. It didn't change the color or appearance of the stone, which was important to us. I love that we have an invisible barrier to protect our fireplace for years to come.

Very Effective and surprisingly economical!
I bought this product to seal some badly leaking chimney shoulders that were already painted. I applied the product liberally using only a car wash brush mounted on a long roof raking pole. It stopped all the leaks in spite of the paint. The product found all the vulnerable crevices and sealed them perfectly even against driving and persistent wind and rain. Amazing.

Perfect finish
We used this product on a chimney that we exposed in a bedroom. We loved the look of the bare brick in the room, but wanted to make sure we seal it. Drylok siloxane 7 did exactly as we expected! It sealed the brick, but did not alter the look or sheen of the natural brick.
