Target sent me an open box controller. I don’t know who packs the orders but that is unacceptable and bad customer service. You can’t contact anyone and it is now work for me to mail it back or go to a store.

The quality for these controllers has dropped significantly. Stick drift is a common issue with daily use. Have to keep buying new controllers because of that issue. I feel like Sony is purposely making these more fragile to get more people to buy more controllers cause I didn’t really have issues with older controllers (my older controllers have battery issues that I don’t know how to fix/replace which is why I’ve been buying new ones). Already gone through 3 of the new Gen controllers.

The quality of the controller we received was disgusting. It shipped to us with dents, scratches, and had dirt and other gross stuff in the cracks and on the buttons. Someone returned a used one in its place of a new one and no one thought to check.

I got this for my boyfriend early February for his birthday and it worked great for about 2 weeks. Since then it will not charge properly and what little charge we can get, it doesn’t hold. Too late to return so stuck with a decorative piece of junk 😐

Just like my last controller it came out the box with some kind of stick drift, I'd take it back but I'd probably just get another with stick drift as it's pretty common sadly. It's not targets fault as much as it's Sony being cheap and over priced. It'll do for now as I just want it as a back up controller for when my already horrible stick drift controllers just become unbearable. Just be warned your going to be taking a gamble with these.

I purchased this in august as I always prep early for Christmas. It does not work and honestly looks refurbished. The screws are rusting and dings all over it. The return window has now expired. Total waste of money.
