I’m sorry to say but I have never made one of her box mixes I like. I have tried to even add to them but again horrible results. I will not waste my money on another ever again. Just saying!

This makes a wonderful coffee cake, however, I disagree that you can use the mix to make 12 muffins. The reason? The mix is meant to make more than 12 muffins--maybe 4 to 6 more. As it is, I made it for 12 and it was a mess, with the cake running over and the middle deflating. So, I suggest you change the box instructions accordingly. I have a photograph of the instructions that say it makes 12 muffins.

I have purchased 2 of these cinnamon swirl cake mixes. Each time I followed the directions exactly. And each time the middle totally flopped after I took it out of the oven. The rest of it tastes really good but I think it’s strange that they both deflated in the middle.

Great cake. I'm not much of a cook but this went together easily. It included ample ingredients - didn't skimp on the swirl! Tasted wonderful. I did use the max cook time and had a fallen gooey center so chalking it up to the heavy duty Corelle cooking pan. Next time I will add a couple of minutes to compensate - yes, I fully intend on making this again.

I was so excited to bake this for a charity bake sale. The flavor is great. Timing not so much. I allowed the max time suggested. It looked done and toothpick came out clean. To my not so swell astonishment, it completely sunk in the middle. I checked for doneness and batter in center was completely raw. I just now put it back in the oven to try to salvage my crumb cake so we’ll see :(

These are absolutely delicious. I made the muffin recipe. I would recommend using the higher bakers cupcake papers to prevent overflow and I baked them 10 minutes more than the directions for the center to get done.

My family loves it - One of my favorite , best tasting and easiest box recipes I’ve found . I add one extra egg and 3/4 of a ripe banana and some pumpkin pie spice and it’s amazing and makes your home smell divine while it’s baking !! Please don’t ever discontinue this product

I LOVE the Dolly Parton product line from Duncan Hines. My only complaint is Target doesn’t carry more of the items!! The yellow cake and banana cake are the best I’ve ever made. And the frosting too.

I saw this in the cake section and decided to try it. Absolutely delicious! I cooked this as directed - used butter not margarine, that was melted for both the batter and the streusel. Using an 8x8 pan - my cake came out perfect. There was a glaze recipe for muffins and I added the glaze to my cake. I did double the glaze for my cake. This cake was delicious! Without a doubt will be baking again.

Bought 2 pkgs to bake and bring to my friend’s cabins as a breakfast treat. Will never do again! I followed the directions to bake each in an aluminum disposable 8x8 pan. Both ran over in the oven and were a mess! I’ve never had this happen before and didn’t expect this outcome. I love Duncan Hines products. This was very disappointing.

Batter was like gum paste. There has to be a mistake on liquid contents. I mixed per box contents and it was thick and gummy.
