It was extremely adorable, with cute weights that were different sizes, and a cute scale. However, I did notice that it fell apart rather easily as my child used it, the pieces of the scale fell off as he put the weights onto it.

I love the colors I love the scale aspect of it it definitely puts in perspective what equals what. I’ve even gotten my two to start njoying this game as well. It makes learning so much easier and I really like the color coded weighted numbers.

My five year old enjoys this and will even want to pull it out just to play with it . It is very easy to assemble and I feel is great for a variety of ages. It comes with little monsters of varying sizes the kids use to try balancing or seeing what side is heavy or lighter . My son also likes finding little small toys and putting them in the tray and comparing . Overall I think it is a great learning tool and it also is a lot of fun for kids too.

Ever since we got it, they love to see who can weigh their side down more and count their pieces as they pile them on. It keeps them really busy and they have to think through strategies and counting. It’s a great tool!

He will be starting kindergarten soon and we've been practicing his math skills over the summer. The scale works perfectly and balances out when both sides are even. The little monster designs are really cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be amazing for a preschool or kindergarten classroom! I have been using it with my daughter who is 5 and will be going into kinder. I was hoping it would come a little more natural to her to balance the sides and how to get them to balance by adding for subtracting pieces, but it has not been instinctive to her. It has however been a great and fun tool to use for her to help her learn and understand basic math concepts.

You put the hands on the monster and then my children use the weighted mister piece on the hand to learn what weight is more less or equal. My children love playing with the monster and learning. I like that the piece are then stored in a drawstring bag.

I have one kid in Pre-K and one about to start kindergarten, and I think this is a good educational tool for them. It helps them to learn addition and subtraction, as well as weights. I also appreciated that it came with a bag to put all of the small weights in.

There really is no setting up except for attaching the 2 hands. It works great and will perfectly level out if their math is correct! It’s been amazing watching my kids use it and learn!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute toy. The hands are a little hard for kids to put on, and the numbers are easy to memorize so the game isn’t all that fun. But it’s a cute toy!! The weights are numbered and you only have 1 or a couple of each weight so if your kid picks up on the little things they can memorize what color is what number. We have used it to teach that just because something is the same size doesn’t mean it’s the same weight. It seems to be going well.

He can physically see which numbers are larger as the scale tips down for the larger numbers. Such a great way to teach numbers. Can't wait to use this to teach him addition/subtraction once he is a little older. But for now, he's having a blast learning his numbers with his little monster friend.

I love it as a homeschool mom because it’s a fun way to incorporate fun learning and to my lessons. I love the different weights that have numbers on them and you add them together to make them equal so they get to practice adding and trying to make the scale equal. It helps them learn basic math skills measurements and balance. It has been perfect for my almost first grader who has been learning basic mathematics. I would recommend this product to friends and family. Hape toys also make high quality toys that last a long time.

He is having a blast with this toy-learning tool!! It teaches kids about basic math including weights and measurements and balance. It is really helping him get ready for school!! This toy is great for all toddlers, and I would highly recommend it to all parents!!

From matching numbers to level the scale, to beginning math and even some algebra practice for my husband and I. The quality of the game is what I would expect from a name like Hape. The design and style are cute, functional, and the educational experience gained from this game is second to none. We love this game so much and would recommend it to anyone.

The concept is simple enough for my three year old to just play around with the different weights, moving them around and organizing by size. My five year old is really starting to see how to make the sides equal and the number sense behind it. This is a fantastic game and tool for kids to start to really put together number logic. Highly recommend!
