The outer layer is made from plastic-coated polyester fibers that are woven into a thick mat for durability, with each edge covered with industrial grade webbing to protect the edges and create strength. Our toys are "built to last", but keep in mind, no toy is indestructible. DuraForce toys are designed to be used for interactive play - not aggressive chewing. No part of the toy should be ingested. Remove loose threads to avoid ingestion. If your pet reaches the white stuffed core or sqeaker pouch discard immediately. The DuraForce Pig is perfect for both indoor and outdoor interactive play. My dog (4year old golden retriever) had this toy for a little over an hour and was able to completely shred the face of it and rip everything out of it. Honestly I had high hopes for this toy but my dog made such light work of it, it shouldn’t even be allowed to be called durable or tough

Super Chewer
I have an extremely tough chewer, I once witnessed him crack a marrow bone in half and just continue on like it was nothing. That being said he LOVES to rip toys up when I let him but it’s obviously an expensive and wasteful habit. While he does eventually rip this toy up it’s the first one I’ve ever seen him take a few days with. So yes if you have a tough chewer they will get eventually chew through this but the stuffing is so compact it takes a lot longer to fully destroy than a normal stuffed toy.
