There will be a diagram inside showing how to install the table legs and table surface together. Normally, there is a connecting plate between the two parts that needs to be fixed with screws. The color is fantastic, deep dark black walnut VENEER. The quality is a bit chinsy for the price. This should be a $250 table. I feel like every time I eat or drink on it there will be a scratch or nick put in it. Easy to put together, can do alone but way better with two. The top and base are shipped separately but with the same tracking number so if one comes before the other, they can’t track the rest as it shows it has been delivered. Probably wouldn’t recommend to anyone at the current price it’s at.

I did get scared because at first only the top half delivered and then 6 hours later the bottom half delivered, but here to say i got both pieces without a problem! Love the table, it’s heavy, doesn’t feel as cheap as everyone’s making it out to be in the reviews. It was easy to assemble!

Like others, I only received half of the table. Target’s solution was for me to return the giant heavy table, wait for a refund, and then leave it to my discretion on whether to reorder. Considering this seems to be a common occurrence when ordering this particular item, it seems like Target should figure out a solution with the third party company versus leaving it to their customers to chance it when making an order.

The shipper only sent us the base of the table without the top with only one tracking number. Still waiting for the table base with no ETA on when it’s going to arrive. Still waiting for support on this item. The base looks to be good quality and a great color so far but can’t make a proper review till I get my full table delivered. Not sure why it would come in 2 boxes and only provide one tracking number.

It’s a very pretty table. However, it does not seem like a material that is going to hold up for long. It is not solid wood and the base of the table is VERY cheap. If it was cheaper in price than we probably would have kept it, since we were getting what we paid for. With it being almost $800 it is a ripe off. It’s very big we could definitely fit 5 chairs around it, probably even 6 if we wanted to squeeze.
