I got this product as a free gift. I chose it because I LOVE the Makeup Cleansing Balm. This was a little drying for me. I'm 54, have sensitive skin and try to use fragrance free products. I gave it to a friend of mine and she said it felt really good on her face. Not a heavy fragrance. Overall this is a good product but other products are better for me.

After I used this product it left my skin extremely dry and stripped of any moisture. My skin was so tight and left a slightly burning sensation. I would definitely not use this product again unfortunately.

Compared to the old bounce back jelly cleanser this feels quite drying on my skin. Even after applying moisturizer my face feels stripped and dry. Disappointing.

I bought this cleanser about 3 weeks ago after falling in love with the Holy Hydration Face Cream and Makeup Melting Balm, and it has been amazing for my skin! I have VERY sensitive skin, and until now have not been able to find a cleanser/lotion combo that did not sting upon first application. The Holy Hydration cleanser does a fantastic job at gently cleaning my skin without causing irritation or redness. Honestly, I was starting to doubt that I would ever find a cleanser that worked for my skin until now. 10/10 would ABSOLUTELY recommend!

I got the mini of this cleanser to try because I'm a fan of most of the Holy Hydration line and wanted to see what was different about this new cleanser launch since the Holy Hydration line already has a gel cleanser and it's great. So what's the difference? No, really ELF I'm still wondering. The only difference in cleansing experience is that this new cleanser is a thicker gel while the other one is a clear fluid gel. So after using it and feeling exactly the same, I took a deep dive into the ingredients of each and the original gel cleanser formula is better! There are peptides, ceramides, and cholesterol in the original and not this one. So the original is better for supporting your skin barrier and keeping your skin healthy and I'm so confused why this even came out. Except that it's more expensive.....interesting, ELF......interesting.

I work outdoors therefore my face gets covered in sweat, dirt and then gets mixed with my sunscreen, if I don't cleans well it leads to terrible acne. This cleanser has kept me from breaking out this summer!

truthfully, in the past i have loved elf’s products, but have to say i was a bit disappointed by this one. i have sensitive skin that does not handle scent well, and was disappointed when i smelled how fragrant this was. i didn’t try it simply because i know my skin will react poorly, but to the gals who can’t do string scents, id avoid this. their standard face wash is my fav and doesnt have a scent to it, its the one in the plastic bottle with white cap!

When I saw that ELF made this cleanser I was convincing myself that I didn’t need it as I’m a long time user and lover of the Holy Hydration Daily cleanser, but when I placed my most recent order I just had to grab it. I’ve only used it a few times and I’ve really liked it! The most important part of a cleanser for me is that it doesn’t burn my eyes, and this one definitely doesn’t! I also think that for the size of bottle, and small amount you need to use, that it is a really good price!
