Q: How do you get the bags out of the container? Is there an opening to pull the bag through? Or do you twist the bottom off?

A: Hi! The bags come out through the slit in the dispenser. When you open the dispenser by twisting the cap on the bottom open, you'll refill it by pulling a bit of the bag through the slit before you twist the cap closed :)

Unable to open to refill
I and a couple of friends tried to open it, to no avail. There seems to be no option but to throw it away. I reviewed the video on how to open it. Looks simple enough but it must have, somehow, locked from the inside.

great but hard to get dispenser to open
i have two of them and have the same problem with both.. it is extremely hard to open in to put in new bags. it takes everything i have to untwist them. i have to put on rubber gloves to help my grip. the good part is i can hang multiple used bags off the side and not carry them in one of my hands.

I got the Earth Rated poop bag dispenser in mint and I’m obsessed. It’s giving “I care about the planet and have good taste” energy. 🌍💅 Yeah, I spent a couple extra bucks compared to the boring big-box brands, but honestly? Worth every penny. The others are all hard plastic and don’t even mention being BPA/BPS-free (yikes). This one is sleek, soft-matte, and actually feels like it was made with some intention. Clips on easy, doesn’t bounce all over the place, and matches the aesthetic. Sustainable, affordable, and not ugly? That’s a win in my dog mom book. 🐾💚

Great for dogs or diaper bags!
this is perfect! I have one on our dog leash and one on our diaper bag for the stinky ones on the go. I love that it has the clip on the side for dirty bags on walks. I use to tie the dirty bags to the leash and that was always a stink to clean up when we got back home. I recommend to my friends with dogs or babies. It’s easy to swap out the bags and the side clip is a game changer!

I had the 2.0 version but the strap broke so I bought this one and I found it frustating to load, bags wouldn't pull out easily and sometimes it would just fall apart or not click together at all. Would like the prior version so hunting for any of those.
