A nice electric smoker!
4 out of 5 stars

I've used this smoker about a dozen times now since I've got it and its been pretty great! So far I like using it for ribs the most. The temperature probe it comes with is pretty accurate and the chip box heats up pretty quick. The only things that I didn't like about the smoker was the design of the bottom where the droppings fall to and the bolted elements being open faced causing drippings to get stuck on it along the hard edges. A smooth bottom part and covers for the elements would make cleanup much better. The wood chip box needs a redesign too, trying to refill it when it's hot is a struggle.

Wonderful smoker. However I do recommend smoking most meat for eight hours instead of six. especially if it is a beef roast, any other meat always look it up and find out what the best time would be to smoke it. You have to figure out the best way to smoke the meat. But I will give this smoker five stars I do love it!
