At first, I felt like the instructions were overwhelming, and I was worried that the final product wouldn’t turn out as nice. To my surprise, once you follow the instructions it looks exactly as pictured! My 5 year old was able to follow instructions on this too. I highly reccomend this groovy egg coloring kit!

It is a fairly involved process, but comes with clear instructions with pictures. My elementary age kids had no problem following the steps and we all loved how our eggs turned out. I personally appreciated that the kit comes with gloves because the process is certainly messy! I also like that the box doubles as a drying rack for the eggs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never done anything with tie-dye before so I didn't know how difficult this would be but it was surprisingly easy to follow the instructions and my son loved using the dropper to put the colors onto the egg. It is nice that there are gloves included to keep from getting the dye on your hands. The only thing I didn't like was having to cut the strips off of the side of the box for the egg stands. It would have been nice if those were just separate strips that were already pre-cut and included in the kit.

I really liked the colors that came with us and I liked that it included everything you need for the tie-dye. All you do is wrap the egg in these little claws they give you and put it into the tie-dye mold and use the dropper to add whatever colors you want to the egg. So fun and very colorful
