Hi, Pat! We are sorry to learn about your experience with our product. Here are some tips to use our product. To ensure complete dispensing during life of product, hold can at 45° angle during use to ensure complete dispensing during life of product. If the can is tilted more than that, the product will move to another side and the dip tube will dispense propellent only. Once propellent is finished, nothing will come out even though there is liquid inside the can. Also please ensure the arrow is aligned with dot to spray. If its misaligned, it will not dispense the product properly. We hope this information is helpful!

I sprayed this in the oven and immediately started to choke and my throat was irritated for the rest of the day. There needs to be a warning to wear a mask!! It did remove a lot of grime from our oven, but even after letting it sit it didn’t completely remove everything. Given how toxic smelling this is, I am extremely hesitant to use it again even though I still have a lot of product left in the can.

This worked well for cleaning off very stuck on grease and stains on my stove top. It does leave a film sometimes though, and the smell is so toxic. I recommend wearing a mask when using. I accidentally breathed some in and was coughing and hacking for 20 minutes straight.

Powerful cleaning. I am in love with this oven cleaner. I sprayed the product on, waited 20-30 minutes, and then wiped off. Most of the nasty baked on messes wiped right off. I will likely need a longer setting time for the little bits left over. Remember to ventilate well and not use in conjunction with bleach!

This was my first time using any type of degreaser and I never will again. This just absolutely destroyed my waffle iron. It not only removed the caked on oil, but the coating of the pan. I’m so frustrated.

This product destroyed the inside finish of my oven that’s only 2 years old. I followed the instructions precisely and the white film will not come off. Where it did lift it also distorted the appearance of enamel. DO NOT BUY!
