Stephenie Meyer se licenció en Literatura Inglesa en la Brigham Young University. Es autora de la serie best seller Crepúsculo, de la que se han vendido 155 millones de libros en todo el mundo. En 2008 publicó The Host, su primera novela para adultos, que entró directamente en el número uno de las listas de más vendidos de The New York Times y The Wall Street Journal y fue llevada al cine en 2013. Meyer vive con su marido y sus tres hijos en Arizona.
