Do not let this picture have you believe that you can put a whole apple in here because you cannot. It will get clogged in the machine. The instructions tell you that you have to cut the apple into quarters and remove the seeds. If I knew it was not a machine I could put the whole apple in I would not have purchased it. I was looking for a juicer that would allow me to save time by putting large fruits into it.
