A: Hi-I have thin 3C hair with some 4A, and it doesn't really leave a residue. i am not heavy-handed with it though, because I have thin hair. i like that it is moisturizing and has wholesome ingredients and is cruelty-free. I also tend to wear it mostly in the winter here in Chicago b/c of the central heating dries out the hair, not so much in the spring/summer b/c it can wear my hair down. But I think for your 4C it would be definitely worth a try. hope this helps

It is designed to help moisturize and define thicker curly and coily textures, ranging anywhere from 3B/C -4C. It has a medium hold, with a very thick, creamy consistency. It works well for wash 'n gos on 4C textured hair, especially when applying using the Shingling Method. It is also great for achieving twist outs and other stretched styles.

I LOVE EDEN! I didn’t realize how much I loved this product until I couldn’t find it anywhere in stores for a while. I ended up buying shea moisture’s curling crème and it honestly doesn’t keep my hair moisturized as much as Eden’s. It’s also good quality for a low price.

This is my holy grail, ride or die, every day gel. All I do is wash, use this and then air dry and my curls are bouncy with no frizz. I used to have this on Subscribe until that went away, now I am so sad this is not available anymore either. Please Target, don't take my favorite hair product EVER away!!!

Good for 2B and 2C. Maybe 3A and b, but anything curlier than that. It doesn’t really hold the curl-coil. My older kid gets a good day after with this products. Me and the younger one, we have thick curl to kinky and it’s good just on the day you apply, we can’t get a good day after with it. Smell is mild and I like that.

This curl cream is God sent! It truly defies my 3b/3c curls as well as the hair on the crown of my head that isn't as curly (which is everyone's struggle!). It doesn't have much of a scent which I like and it really moisturizes your hair. Be careful with how much you use cuz it's thick and creamy.
