Easy to take
I haven't been taking this long enough to tell you that it has really improved my hair or nails. But it tastes and goes down like water. I just fill the cap and swallow. Sometimes I put it in my fruit shake and it doesn't effect the flavor at all.

This product is less expensive than some others and works just as well for me. It also had no taste at all unlike some of the more expensive brands which had a bad aftertaste. I recommend this brand.
