Mineral

We add a few tablespoons of this to our jug of Reverse Osmosis water so we hopefully are replacing some of the minerals that are not in there .

Good price

I love the price of the product, and I love that I can mix it in my smoothies. I have only been using it a week now and I have not felt much of a difference except that I do realize that I sleep better at night, and am not restless. which is good and was unexpected.
