The Best Mineral Supplement

I've been taking this mineral supplement for well over 5 years. It does an amazing job of relieving leg/foot cramps and with spasms. I take it regularly but those times when a cramp wakes me up in the night, I take another dose and within minutes the cramp is gone. I'm a runner so my body burns through a lot of minerals. This is the best supplement that I've found.

I am not a nutritionist

However, I use these drops in my coffee every morning. I only know that Eidon has been recommended as a good product if you suspect what you are eating is not providing the minerals you need to absorb vitamins, whether they are from food or supplements .

I was using a much more expensive brand, but am finding no difference in the way I feel using this products. So far so good.
