Bought this on a cruise a few years ago and loved it at first, however after a few weeks I started having a reaction every time I used it. My skin became red, swollen, and sore with minutes of applying. Ended up having to throw it away...

I bought this product for the first time last month as my usual eye treatment they don’t seem to make anymore :( I have sensitive skin around eyes and found this product caused a mild irritation to eyes and caused skin to puff up. Very disappointed that this product should do this. Never experienced it happen with any other Elemis product. Just make sure you try a tester before you buy this expensive product. Lesson learned that I cannot always rely on Elemis products not to cause a reaction.

Fortunately I had a sample before buying the full size. Immediately after applying just a couple of small dots the area around my eyes, my skin started to sting and itch. I washed off but too late, sore around the eye socket and very red and bloodshot eyes despite the product going nowhere near the actual eye itself. Hoping it will heal quickly :( Can’t recommend I’m afraid.

I am so disappointed, I have tried it a few times and every time the skin around my eyes becomes red and really sore. Expensive product and it’s awful that I can’t use it, I rarely have reactions to anything.
