excellent product I have been using them for a few years
I love ember mugs. I have 3 of the 8 oz ones and decided to get a larger one. I use Nespresso coffee and want to sometimes have their larger serving. I had hoped to get the travel mug during the sale but it was unavailable. The other one that can be used for travel is 16 oz which is to large for my use

I got a 10oz mug as a gift about a year ago. Still runs well. Never thought i needed one till I got it. This is definitely a luxury, but it feels so good to have it. When you have an office job, and are glued to a screen, it is very nice to be able to drink your drink at a stable temperature, while in Teams meetings. I took a star off the rating because of two things - (1) - It does require you to log in to start the heating process. Not every single time, but every time you lose the pairing. and (2) - it runs out of charge very quickly, in about an hour. Does not help much when you have to sit through some back to back meetings.

Lasts only 1.5 hours if that on a 145 degree setting. Technically the battery should last 5 hours.

The Ember Mug (14oz) has an estimated battery life of approximately 80 minutes when used away from the charging coaster. Unfortunately 5 hours is not possible when the Ember Mug is in use and sustaining your perfect temperature. We recognize some customers may take longer to drink their morning coffee -- rest assured the Mug can keep your beverage hot throughout the day when used on the charging coaster. If the charging coaster is unavailable, we also have a sipping lid accessory which can double the expected battery life of your Mug. Gambling on getting working mug; AI Cust. Support
Mug arrived and the charger wouldn't work unless I pushed hard on the connector to the coaster. I contacted customer support immediately and its been disappointing. Responses are clearly AI generated and meant to stall, continuously asking for irrelevant pictures, thanking me for responses I'm not giving, etc - and its taking 2-3 days between the responses. Its pretty infuriating to deal with. I will say, I got my first mug as a gift and liked it enough at my office to get one for home but I'm now regretting not vetting this company more. Currently it's a $130 normal mug.

This mug is not even close to worth it! The mug doesn’t work half the time without pulling up the app on your phone and getting it to turn on. It’s such a hassle! Then it doesn’t keep your beverage hot for very long at all! Again, not worth it. Don’t buy!

Temperature holds great when it is on the charger, but the battery life is terrible. I even purchased the lid to help maintain the heat, but it does not work. I was able to get about an hour at most off the charging pad at a very low temperature. Don't waste your money (since it's very expensive) unless you will not be walking away from the charging pad at all.
