Works great. Keeps my tea hot for at least 3 hours. I hand wash it, but I am glad I can put it in the dishwasher, if I’m in a hurry.

I do not care for

I do not care for this product. I may have gotten a defective cup but it does not charge properly and when the battery runs out, it loses heat quickly. I find that my coffee stays warmer with a regular stainless steel cup/lid. I will be returning this product

This is my third mug. Have been very pleased with Ember, as I tend to drink my morning coffee very slowly. My disappointment being that you aren’t offering the bronze color that I had previously.
