The orange and tangerine flavors are preferred in our house hold. Very effective at boosting the immune system. I played video games with a buddy who was always getting sick even when others around him weren't. We sent him a few boxes of these and they really helped. He doesn't take vitamins and these really helped him. They are a staple in our home. I wish they didn't use corn as a sweetener due to some family member's sensitivities. The only packets that are better than these are ester-c ones that are hard to find.

I’ve tried this product before. Do you have to shake it up very good and your water. He is strong. It made me nauseous and made my heart race at the same time. I don’t think I’ll be using this stuff again.

This isn't the best tasting to be honest, I noticed myself gagging a bit after half of it gone, but for the benefits of getting the vitamins needed to help build your immune system. They do dissolve fast and the other flavors do taste a bit better.
