Very helpful. Apply it to a hairless part of the body. Use every day without skipping a dose. Take at night as it could cause some ladies to feel sleepy.

I purchased the Protest cream to help with fertility. I only use the cream between periods. I have only used it a short time, but I could tell it was working by boosting my hormones. I didn't get pregnant yet, but my period was not as painful as it usually is. The cream is a mild yet stronger than I expected. It might just be the boost that I need.

I think it is slightly effective, but did not help me as much as I had hoped and the cream felt sticky. I also seemed to get rather puffy and accumulate soft fat in areas where it was applied. At that point I decided to apply it to the bum cheeks for the effect there. Combined with strength training my bum now has a bit more padding.

I have used this product for several years because, after doing quite a bit of research, discovered this is one of very few progesterone creams that is USP certified, and if used twice a day, is as effective as progesterone pills. It's still important to have regular gynecological check ups to make sure that your uterus is normal if you're also taking estrogen replacement therapy.

Wow! I only used this for a week or so and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! No more cramps AT ALL! I literally didn’t feel a thing! I can tell many issues I have experienced over the last 10 years have been directly related to too much estrogen, such as acne, weight gain (Despite all the jogging) in belly, hips and thighs, pms, cramping, CLOT babies (lol) ALL seem to becoming resolved! My entire body is changing just in the past two weeks! I wish I would have thought “estrogen imbalance” rather than “its just age” It all makes sense now! Can hardly wait to see what the next few months will do! I’m buying stock in this stuff!!!

I don’t feel it reduced my hot flashes. It made me very emotional, almost this crying some days. I also started having acne breakouts. I know people who have had great luck with this, just didn’t help me.
